Another Halloween tradition is dressing up like various monsters or superheroes. In the United States, for example, children dress up in scary costumes and go to their neighbours' houses, begging for sweets, saying the popular phrase "trick-or-treat".
There are several thoughts on its translation, one of them - "sweetness or nastiness". Due to the American movies the translation "candy or death" became a popular expression too.
